Introducing the World's Smallest Smoke Alarm

In 2008, Cavius launched the world's smallest smoke alarm - a truly tiny product with a diameter of just 40mm. Cavius combine Danish design with a professional UK based research and development team to bring the world a small range of alarms that are far from the traditional, bulky alarms we're all used to.

 It might be tiny - but that doesn't mean Cavius leave out any of the usual functionality. This photoelectric smoke alarm has a replaceable 5 year battery, a competitive 10 year warranty, a 30 day low battery warning and a penetrating sound at 85dB(A) at a range of three metres.

                      
Specifications

 -  Minimum 5 year battery life in normal operation - based on weekly testing

 -  Audible indicator giving a minimum of 85 decibels at 3m

 -  Fire alarm condition is indicated by a series of three successive tones

 -  Low battery indication: A short acoustic "beep" will sound and LED flash every 48 seconds when the voltage is below 2.85V. In this stage it will continue for a minimum of 30 days, and can drive the alarm for 4 minutes.
